Terms and Conditions of Service

The products offered for sale on https://www.gallo1927.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”) are sold and invoiced by Gallo Spa, with registered office at Viale Motta 129 – 25015 Desenzano del Garda (BS), Italy, a company registered with the Brescia Chamber of Commerce (C.C.I.A.A.) under REA no. BS-6281147 of the Companies Register, Tax Code and VAT no. 04618670980.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conclusion of the Contract

1.1 The contract entered into between Gallo Spa (hereinafter “Gallo”) and the Customer shall be deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Gallo.

1.2 By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions may be printed or stored on a durable medium.

1.4 Gallo shall refund the Customer the full amount paid within 14 days from the date of cancellation.


2. Purchase Procedure

2.1 The products offered for sale are exclusively those available on the Website at the time the Order is submitted.

2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be perfectly representative.

2.3 The Customer must complete the order form and submit it after reviewing the Terms and Conditions.

2.4 Proper receipt of the Order is confirmed by email.


3. Prices and Payment Methods

3.1a The prices indicated include VAT.

3.1b If the Customer makes a purchase from abroad, prices will be displayed in the currency of their country; a 2% surcharge will be applied to cover currency conversion costs.

3.2 Payment methods:

  • (ii) Credit Card

  • (iii) Google Pay

  • (iv) Amazon Pay

Gallo does not store credit card details.

3.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of an incorrect price.


4. Delivery of Products

4.1 Products will be delivered within 2 working days.

4.2 Customs duties are borne by the recipient.

4.3 Delivery times are indicative.

Upon delivery, please:

  • Check the number of packages

  • Check the integrity of the packaging


5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The Customer may withdraw within 14 days.

5.2 Notice of withdrawal must be sent to: customercare@gallospa.it.

6. Warranties

6.1 Legal warranty of 24 months.

The contract is governed by Italian law.


Art. 10 – Copyright

The contents of the Website are protected by copyright law.


Art. 11 – Entire Agreement

The contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.


Art. 12 – Communications

All communications must be made in writing.


13. Language

In the event of discrepancies, the Italian version shall prevail.


14. Gift Card

14.1 The purchase of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14.2 Gift Cards are digital and can be used online.
14.3 Gift Cards are non-refundable in case of loss.
14.7 Validity: 1 year.
14.9 Refunds are issued via promo code.
